Was very friendly and was on time with service. He said 20 mins, but I think it didn’t take 20 mins not sure. No problem with his service at all. Was on point. The lady in the office was very nice and was on point with her service also . Very satisfied with both services n thank yall so much. Life saver.read more

This was a great experience despite circumstances as Tim arrived 15 minutes sooner than expected and was able to start my car without further problems. My classic Corvette was towed from home to a shop in Madison to have the rebuilt differential replaced. Without a differential, all that held the rear wheels on was the leaf spring connected to the inner hubs on the trailing arms. This left the wheels 'hanging' at an angle. They could not support much weight and the vehicle would not roll.My driver, Bill, arranged for a supervisor to accompany him. They used a floor jack to carefully support the spring and gently 'rolled' the car onto their truck. These guys were super safe and careful every step of the way!Extra time was taken to insure the vehicle, and the jack, were secure. They handled the vehicle as if it was their own--true professionals. Bill is patient, careful and talented enough to handle any challenge! I highly recommend this company.read more

Bill was very quick to get to us, and made the whole “flat tire on the side of a highway” experience the best it could be. From the care taken with my car, ensuring the safety of himself and us, and the conversation on the way, I could not recommend someone more. McKayla (I hope I spelled it right) was a pleasure when she took my call. She was quick to connect me with Bill and assured me a very timely eta. On Oct 21, 2023 I had a car accident and the driver named Tim was dispatched to retrieve my car. They stated it would be about 50 mins until a driver arrived but Tim arrived in about 20-30 mins. Tim was a pretty nice gentleman that relieved me of what was a very stressful/unfortunate day due to his sense of humor. The jokes and laughter was exactly what I needed during that time to take my mind off of things.Thank you so much Tim for your help and your sense of humor!!!read more

I appreciate Tim for showing up and attempting to give my car a jump, it didn’t pull though but he definitely brought the vibes with him and towed my car back to my apartment. Also, he can push your car with one hand and I think that’s cool so ask for him when you need any assistanceread more

Tim assisted me with towing my vehicle to the nearest Firestone located near me. He educated me on a lot of things regarding my vehicle and provided transportation for me with great conversation, making the ride a wonderful time!
